Henry Izumizaki, CEO
Strategic Advisor to The Russell Family Foundation (TRFF) and a program advisor to George F. Russell, Jr. on his personal philanthropy, Henry was founding president of T.E.A.M.S. (Transformation through Education and Mutual Support); Executive Director, California Consumer Protection Foundation; Assistant Superintendent, Oakland Unified School District; Executive Director, Urban Strategies Council, Oakland; and Program Officer, San Francisco Foundation.

Nillofur Jasani, Program Manager
A native of India, who has practiced both Islam and Christianity, Nillofur has lived and worked in Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, England and Canada. Her work has raised awareness and built cultural bridges in these faith communities through dialogue and partnerships. She served His Highness the Aga Khan as a member of the National Council of the Ismaili Muslim community in the U.K. and as communications coordinator in the U.A.E. Her corporate experience includes having been Executive Assistant to the Vice President of New Product Development at Weyerhaeuser.

Bryan Bell, Chief Technology Officer
Bryan is President and Founder of Synth-Bank Consulting, LLC (Synth-Bank®) a technology practice focusing on using technology to enhance business and creative processes. For the last 10 years Bryan has been working as Chief Technology Officer and consultant for the multi-family office, Threshold Group, LLC. Prior to joining Threshold, Bryan served as Strategic Technologist for Frank Russell Company, now known as Russell Investment Group. Prior to working with Russell, Bryan spent 20 years consulting and pioneering technology innovation for high-profile corporations and entertainers. Bryan holds a DIS from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Business Administration.
